PERSONAL PROJECT Quem é Quem (Who’s Who)
If Brasilian creatives are masters of craft and the Argentines are of storytelling, what Portuguese creatives are masters of what?
We've been working outside our country for the last six years, and we learn a lot, which demystifies our beliefs regarding Portuguese talent. We saw an opportunity back home, and there was a lack of notion of how much talent Portuguese creatives have.
From that, Quem é Quem (Who's Who) was born - to spotlight the best work and talents.

It’s a platform that started with only 4 areas.
The first area was “Na Amena Cavaqueira” an interview with names from all over the world talking about portuguese advertising.
The second is an area where is the Portfolio of Portugal where we show casa all the work that own in international advertising awards, we see also work from portuguese creatives that are working outside and are doing great work, and last we showcase Young Bloods thata are winning awards outside of Portugal.
The third “Põe-te no mapa” is where we talk about inicitaives for creatives, speially young creatives, to put their name on the map.
And the last is “Põe-te a Par” where we explore podcats, youtube channels, books, othe rplatformas or even tools to help creatives.
We wanted to create a space that belongs to all.
Our Instagram page everyone is welcome to pitch in, send ideas, have a voice.
We have different topics that we explore daily.

We didn’t end up there. We didn’t end up there. We didn’t end up there. We didn’t end up there. We didn’t end up there.
We started to talk and take a stand in a visible way. That spread to our comunity very quickly and started to create change.
Ajuste de Contas
Let’s talk about money.
In Portugal, specialy in advertising, there is a lot of fear and uncomfortable talking about money. However, only talking about it we can start thinking how to solve the gap that there is.
That’s why we created Ajustes de Contas (to settle a score). It’s an excell sheet where everyone can submit anonymously whre they work, years of expericence, type of contract, salary, gender and race.
For the first time in a long time portuguese creatives were talking about money. That excell sheet went viral and it open a more honest conversation between creatives.
Calling out.
Let’s be more active.
We started to noticed that award shows in Portugal were mainly featured by white male creative juries. Something that isn’t representative of the market at all.
Also, we belive that having a more representative painel of judges helps to put a spotlight on female creatives. It’s a way to make their name known.
Lusos was one of the awards show we call out. For our surprise they quickly wanted our help to change that, it took only a couple of weeks to have more females on the award show judge painel.
That also made us to create several post tagging all female creatives people in our industry believed to be great creatives.
